Wellness With A Goal

Wellness with a Goal is a registered charity providing a range of services aiming to promote wellbeing and enhance communities in Elmbridge, Surrey. Founded in 1992 as a mental health charity providing peer support, we have expanded our services and are now one of the five lead providers of the government funded Community Connections service in Surrey. The majority of our services are delivered by people with lived experience of mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression. Our model is built on the principles of positive psychology and the six pillars of wellbeing: people, movement, mindfulness, giving, learning and flow. We operate on a ‘Pay What You Feel’ pricing model, and as a charity, 100% of what you give is reinvested into our services.
