Wellness Homes Of Chicago

Launched in 2018 to provide access to resources needed to promote wellness, Wellness Homes of Chicago has six different locations in the Chicagoland area, as well as several mobile programs. Our guiding principle is to provide care that impacts the Mind, Body, and Soul. Wellness Homes of Chicago focuses on Health Equity strategies that promote wellness and health for all, regardless of race, age, gender, or other social determinants. We believe that the assets needed to promote wellness should be distributed equally to all Chicagoans. We believe that the lack of appropriate resources facing many Chicagoans has led to profound and unacceptable health disparities. We are committed to ensuring that our clients attain their highest level of well-being, regardless of their background or socio-economic status. Wellness Homes of Chicago promotes and celebrates the ideals of Safety, Trust, Diversity, and Transparency as the foundation our work is built upon. Our team embraces the World Health Organization's definition of Health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
