Wellbeing Architects works with organisations across the globe on accompanied learning journeys to build thriving and resilient organisational cultures in intentional ways Shamillah Wilson and Ella Scheepers are both experienced practitioners in the organisational culture space. Shamillah is a social justice wellbeing coach and process facilitator to feminist and social justice leaders & organisations globally. Ella is an activist and organisational development facilitator working at the intersections of social justice, systems change and feminist practice, re-imagining social change within social justice organisations across the African continent.
