Weight Partners Capital is a specialist private equity investor founded in 2009 with £64m AUM. We focus on what we know – investing in segments that reflect our team’s sector and operational experience, in businesses that we understand. We invest in businesses at the smaller end of the healthcare services market in the UK, that work to change lives by producing outstanding outcomes for customers, staff, funders and local communities. We work closely with leadership to build dedicated teams, make rigorous decisions to cultivate long-term growth, and always work with humility. This approach allows us to consistently drive attractive returns for our investors and management teams. WPC invests in companies undergoing complex transitions: whether they would benefit from operational support to expand rapidly, have fallen on hard times, or lack access to the necessary financial resources and experience to facilitate growth. Our strategies include operational improvements, buy-and-build, organic roll-out, founder exits, and corporate carve-outs.
