To own, operate and manage a collection of high-end dental practices in a focused geographic corridor using a “practice-first, patient-first” strategy that incorporates sound and innovative operational decision-making at each practice resulting in a strong foundation and sustainable business model that empowers our dentists and fosters a team-first culture focused on providing the highest quality and highest integrity dental care.

We can do it better.
The model for high quality, high integrity and authentic patient care is broken. For solo practitioners and multi-dentist practices, the balance between delivering high quality and high integrity care and the ease and profitability of doing so is skewed.
Supplies and materials are too expensive. Insurance reimbursements are too low. Finding and training excellent associates and team members is draining. Professional collaboration is limited. For DSOs, there is too often too much focus on short-term profits given private equity investment. Presence in multiple markets simultaneously lacks ”local” focus and leads to generalized approach that works adequately but not optimally for affiliated practices.
Our Approach:
Practice Locations: Target corridor running from the outer-DC suburbs of
Maryland into Washington, D.C. Currently we are anchored with great practices in Olney, MD and the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
