We Are Courageous Kids

Our mission is to provide a space for children living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders to live fuller lives. We will provide a space for children to gain practical knowledge to understand their mental health needs and learn skills to face their fears in a fun and supportive environment. A school teacher living and thriving with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and children's mental health professional teamed up to help children understand their mental health, live with uncertainty, and normalize conversations about our unique brains. We Are Courageous Kids programming includes a weeklong day camp called Summer Blast and monthly therapeutic/play groups called Power Boosts to children ages 7-16.
