We ARE Sourcing is part of the We ARE Group, a recruitment agency based in the Netherlands. We ARE Soucing is based in Pristina (Kosovo) to support on sourcing for We ARE Renewables and We ARE IT. The reason that we have opened an office in Kosovo is the lack of suitable (and available) candidates on sourcing in the Netherlands and the pool of suitable Resource specialists, who are fluent English speaking, in Kosovo. On a daily bases we discuss deliverables and goals for each team member and this will be managed by an experienced manager in Kosovo. Given the lack of capacity in recruitment and resourcing we decided to hire additional staff in Kosovo to offer Resourcing solutions for clients in the market. To keep it simple: We offer a dedicated resource who will be fully supported and managed by an experienced recruitment specialists and will be working with the best sourcing tools in the market for a fixed price per hour.
