Following induction, your first adviser session will focus on developing and agreeing an individual programme plan. Your adviser will provide direct one-to-one support and regular remote/virtual meetings at mutually convenient times using telephone, Skype, virtual classroom, email or through WebEx. He or she will encourage progression and provide guidance, feedback and coaching through the modules and undertake one-to-one online sessions with you throughout the programme.
Our approach to learning is best described as “do-review-learn-apply”, (based on the work of David Kolb 1984) which we describe as “Active Learning”. We use practical workplace experience as the basis for self-guided learning.
