Founded in the second quarter of 2009 by a native Filipino engineer - Alex Piedad Senagan as a single proprietorship company under the name Watchdog Automation Sales and Services. It was officially registered with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on May 22, 2009 with DTI Registration No. 00742199 having been also registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) with Certification of Registration No. OCN 2RC000060826 and VAT registration No. 211-258-356-000.

The company is serving for more than ten years in different industries such as Metals and Mining, Cement, Food and Beverages, Water and wastewater, Power Utilities, Cement, Chemicals, Hotels and Resorts, Building Facilities, Semiconductors, Aviation Fuel, and other process plants in the Philippines and around the world.

The company is specializing in programmable logic controllers (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for both hardware and software systems using the latest technology available in the market on a multi-vendor platform. We are also experts in the latest Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for both hardware and software services including its auxiliary components for motor controls such as soft starters and variable speed drives and all types of process instrumentation.
