This is when a group of young people felt the need for affordable and hygienic washing, drying and dry cleaning, in a manner similar to the western nations. They visited these worlds to understand what we lack here in India and underwent several visits abroad for study and bench-marking purposes, with an intention to bridge the gap. They understood that they will be the voice of this silent, unarticulated demand for eco-cleaning and hygienic services and will be instrumental in building an organisation around this.
