We are skilled in the resolution of pre-existing leasing or ownership commitments and should a client have specific leasing requirements we can, with a tenancy agreement in place, either develop new premises for them from scratch or purchase and then upgrade, renovate, expand or adapt existing buildings to meet their needs.
