Wall, McCormick, Baroldi, Green & Dugan started as a partnership, Wall, McCormick & Baroldi, with the principals establishing the business in 1985. Martin J. Wall, William A. McCormick and Anthony C Baroldi remain the founding shareholders of the firm, with Catherine C. Green and Ellen T. Dugan as additional principals. Currently the firm consists of thirteen attorneys, all limiting their involvement to workers' compensation defense and related subrogation matters. We represent employers, insurance carriers, public entities and uninsured employers. The firm represents clients in all forms of workers' compensation litigation, including complex coverage issues, serious and willful misconduct claims, discrimination under Labor Code §132a and subrogation. The firm has maintained an office in Santa Ana, California since 1985 representing clients at all Southern California WCAB locations. The firm represents clients in all the Southern California civil courts for related subrogation matters. The firm maintains an active role in the continuing education needs of its clients relating to workers' compensation legislation, procedures and medical issues.
