Walesby Forest Activity Centre

Walesby Forest is set in 250 acres of the famous Sherwood Forest and is a premier Outdoor Adventure Activity Centre, founded in 1938. The impressive environment includes residential lodges, fully equpped camp sites and marquees, caravan areas, meeting rooms, shop and a bar for relaxation as well as Robin Hood Cave. We are a not for profit organisation providing a wide range of outdoor adventure activities, educational courses and high quality training programmes. Open all year round with over 50,000 visitors annually, our dedicated and trained staff provide programmes to suit any group. We have over 30 on-site activities to choose from including a range of water sports on our purpose built lake, multi level climbing walls, assault course, swimming pool, archery, rifles, fencing, zip wire and much more..... We provide educational and training programmes for schools and other organisations as well as bespoke programmes tailored to client needs. With fun-packed traditional camps, our own Bushcraft "outdoor survival" camp, tented village and residential accomodation. You can go it alone or have support from our trained and enthusiastic staff.
