Sheikh Mana Bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, MKM Commercial Holdings LLC comprises 5 LLCs, including the Group’s flagship development, ‘WAFI’ as well as Property, Hospitality, Industrial, Transport and Oil Service, employs over 3000 staff, has operations spanning 16 countries world-wide The Group’s flagship is the mixed use development WAFI, has a history of ‘firsts’ including the prestigious Raffles Hotel. The Food and Beverage division has franchise operations throughout the Middle East, Europe and the USA, whilst businesses in our Industrial portfolio have been growing along with the growth taking place throughout the region. The Hospitality branch comprises of Wafi Hotels - a deluxe 3 star hotel Arabian Park Hotel and Park Hotel Apartments providing elegantly furnished hotel apartments which are well complemented by Pyramids Restaurants, Wafi Gourmet, Cleopatra's Spa & Wellness, Spa Resources International, thus spoiling residents of and visitors to Dubai with a variety of restaurants and leisure facilities which focus greatly on quality of service. While the Industrial and Transport branches of the group include Compass delivering to quality services like pool maintenance and water treatment services, United Car Rentals providing car rentals to individuals and corporates, International Freight Agency providing freight forwarding & logistics services.
