WOA’s activities are organized around three pillars:
ENGAGE: Networking with trusted professionals in a safe and structured environment to exchange knowledge, discuss business opportunities and in general to work together on a better regulatory and business environment.
INSPIRE: A knowledge hub on receivables finance, developed by the community for the community. Organization of webinars and meetings steered by Community Expert Groups.
INNOVATE: Access to a wide variety of solutions to improve members’ operational efficiency and their business development and to learn about new technology and innovations.
WOA’s organization is based on collaboration and volunteers:
- Strategic advisors: a small group of industry thought leaders advise WOA from the start of the project
- Membership Panel: volunteer representatives from Premium and Support Members to advise on WOA’s main activities. WOA’s initial membership panel is composed of representatives from Founding Members.
- Community Expert Groups: Volunteers working digitally together on topics of common interest for the community
- General Project facilitation: WOA is an initiative of Erik Timmermans who manages WOA on a daily basis.
