WISE Employment is a not-for-profit employment services provider. We provide employment services under the Australian Government's Disability Employment Services (DES) and Workforce Australia programs.
We empower job seekers to find meaningful work and become self-sufficient. We help employers to find the right staff. Our services are free to eligible job seekers and employers.
Each year, our passionate and skilled staff assist on average over 15,000 people into jobs and support services across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
Since 1992, we have been empowering job seekers and employers. We believe the entire community is enriched when everyone is supported to achieve their potential.
WISE Employment operates two socially-inclusive companies or social enterprises, currently employing approximately 350 people.
Since 2001, we have invested $3.5 million of our funds into innovative projects to support people with disability, mental illness, youth, refugees and Indigenous communities.
