Wires, Women In Real Estate Spain

WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain) is an association of counselors and executives from the real estate sector. Since its inception in 2015, its mission has been to enhance the visibility of women in the industry, advance their executive careers, and boost their participation in decision-making bodies of companies and institutions within the real estate sector. WIRES actively collaborates with public administrations, institutions, and bodies, as well as with other influential associations in the sector, through strategic partnerships, participation in observatories, public-private agreements, and expert panels. This collaboration aims to build alliances and work towards the improvement of the economy and our sector. As a cross-sectoral association, WIRES includes experts from all disciplines: developers, asset managers, funds, managers, REITs (SOCIMIs), law firms, engineering, architecture, real estate consulting, etc. Over the eight years since its foundation in 2015, WIRES has grown to have more than 450 members, participated in over 200 key events in the real estate sector, and has garnered more than 14,000 followers across its various social media profiles. Cecilia Espinosa de los Monteros serves as its Honorary President, with Carmen Panadero as its President and Ariadna Belver as Vice President.
