We are happy to help people who have low down payment, the credit score challenged, and anyone who is motivated to be a homeowner but isn't quite able to meet the requirements of the banks. Looking to Sell? We will consider making an offer on any property that meets our standards and can be a possible new home for one of our tenants or buyers. Looking to Rent? We would love to meet you. Looking to Invest? We are always interested in meeting other investors who would like to partner on projects with us. We welcome partners with any level of experience, knowledge, and capital.
