The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center is owned in part by physicians and meets the definition of a physician-owned hospital under 42 CFR 489.3. Diagnostic imaging, laboratory and other services are also provided under the hospital’s license. A list of the Hospital’s physician owners is immediately available upon request by or on behalf of the patient.
