Weg Wise

WEG-Wise is a South African company established in 2010 with its Head Office and manufacturing assembly plant in Blackheath Western cape from where it service the rest of South Africa and the neighboring countries. The company provides technology based solutions for water and electricity distribution. WEG-Wise is introducing the MeterTalk system into South Africa to support local authorities as they strive to continuously improve on their non-revenue water track record. The company in conjunction with its Dutch mother R&D company, WEG-Wise, is currently implementing an intelligent water metering pilot study in the Breedevalley Local Municipality in the Boland town of Worcester in the Western Cape, also in Newcastle is a pilot study and Hilton Gardens, an affluent community located in the uMgungundlovu region of KZN. It is also working with a number of other municipalities in their quest to improve their non-revenue water losses.
