We believe that Diversity is the Reward for Inclusion.
By improving Inclusion - ensuring that everyone is capable of fully contributing with their Diversity - leaders are able to tap into the wealth of experiences, ideas and perspectives of their people. Once leaders experience this, they begin to fully appreciate the value of Diversity and begin to want to surround themselves with people of diverse backgrounds, identities and thinking.
In this way, Inclusion leads to more Diversity. Everyone wins.
How we do this:
We have 10+ years of experience in the EDI space and understand what works and what doesn.t For this reason, we are able to consult, advise, train and coach for the greatest impact. Our approach consists of 5 steps:
1. Raising Awareness - whether with leaders or throughout the organisation, we know the business case inside out, understand what motivates and inspires action, and know to focus on those willing to learn.
2. Finding your North Star - we work with you to help you articulate how EDI going to support your business mission and vision.
3. Gap Analysis - once you've identified your North Star, we help you identify where you are relative to it.
4. Strategy Planning - strategy is the action plan that will get you from where you are (step 3) to where you want to be (step 2). We help you put it together, including identifying priority areas, quick wins and high impact initiatives.
5. Strategy Implementation - the rest is up to you, but we can also support with training, digital EDI solutions, further advice on specific initiatives and challenges, and with our free knowledge insights.
