I grew up in a relentless state of transition. Raised in a crazy, blended family, I attended 24 schools all over the western U.S. between 1st and 12th grade. I learned a lot about adapting to change, making mistakes, growing, and learning.
In my ‘adulting’ years, I struggled with the feeling of restlessness rooted in my childhood transitions. I certainly did not want that kind of lifestyle for my wife and two daughters. Although I managed to stay in one location for 30 years, I did change my career path 12 times!
It was career change #12 that led me to a deeper understanding of God’s Grace and how I could use my life experiences – mistakes and successes – to help others. It was a wild time of self-examination, learning to love myself and others unconditionally so I could love and encourage others in a more meaningful and abundant way. And now, in career change #13, I’m able to tap into all those resources and help my clients transform their lives.
