Virtuosi LEAP combines the passion and experience of co-founders Antonio Lucio and Nadine Dietz in helping business professionals thrive in today’s challenging environment. The concept of Virtuosi LEAP was born to build on the esteemed LEAP Capability program founded by Antonio in 2020, in partnership with the Yale School of Management and The Aspen Institute, with a decade of experience from Nadine Dietz in scaling programs for community-wide impact. The combination of the two words, Virtuosi and LEAP, refers to a pivotal and highly impactful advancement in the learning and development journey. It signifies a substantial leap forward in skill acquisition, knowledge mastery, and overall expertise. The term suggests that individuals or learners have reached an advanced stage where they demonstrate virtuosity—a high level of proficiency and mastery—in a particular domain.
