Viridis Engineering is a consulting engineering firm providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services. Located 20 minutes from Portland, Maine in Gorham, we provide these engineering services to clients throughout the U.S., with a focus on the Northeast. Viridis Engineering was incorporated in 2013. Our founding principals, Todd Chase and Curt Bartram, formed the firm to utilize their extensive experience to provide superior quality engineering and commissioning work. Todd has over 20 years of experience on a wide range of projects located from above the Arctic Circle to Dubai, UAE; and from the Pacific Northwest to Puerto Rico and the Northeast. Curt has over 30 years of experience on energy conservation and commissioning projects as well as design-build contractor experience and facilities management experience for major universities. The firm has expertise in a wide range of markets, including healthcare, industrial, educational, commercial, and military facilities. Project expertise includes, but is not limited to high-rise structures, major hospitals, central plants, laboratories, cleanrooms, major airport expansions, correctional facilities and schools.
