Vireone AB was founded in 2012, with the vision of providing an independent expertise, of complex media solutions, to leaders in companies developing or deploying media systems any where in the world. Pioneering the IPTV industry, the founders of Vireone has over the past fifteen years, both influenced and been influenced by this complex and ever changing industry, today we see an even greater complexity but also a convergence of different media distribution schemas, from DVB to Multicast and from Multicast to Adaptive streaming. There are more Video capable devices available than ever before, from traditional STB’s to Smart TV’s, Smart Phones, Tablets and many more, leading to the development of new Video coding and transportation formats that need to be supported and managed in addition to the legacy already out there. In this environment leaders are faces with many difficult choices often under serious competition and challenging revenue targets, we at Vireone seek to assist in these situation, based on our global and long experience and wide network of operators, system integrators and vendors, by providing a non-Bias, spearhead recommendation or study.
