Villesen Engineering IVS is an one man engineering consultant working with mechanical industrial engineering, with base in Sonderborg, Denmark. Primarily skills are within design of machined parts and equipment. Good knowledge of the machinery directive and the pressure equipment directive. Previously been working with design of flow meters, axial piston pumps, lifting and transport equipment, CO2 plants, stairs and platforms, mechanical detent for valves, GRP design of cars, canopies and TP covers. Material knowledge of steel, aluminium and fiberglass reinforced plastic. Strong CAD skills in Siemens NX and Autodesk Inventor, and knowledge of PTC Creo and Solidworks. Knowledge of FEA in Ansys Workbench and CFD in Solidworks Flow module. Partner in Blue5 Engineering, which enables me to take in bigger projects as well.
