Villanova's Environmental Law Journal is a national legal publication dedicated to the scholarly review of environmentally-related topics. The Journal is published biannually by a staff of student editors and writers who have been invited to join the Journal based on their performance in an open-writing competition.
The Journal serves as an interpretative guide and research tool for practitioners, academics, and students on issues of law in the environmental field. The Journal explains the significance of recent changes or developments as well as addresses the future of law. Past volumes have included articles on climate change, energy economics, citizen suits, greenwashing, and environmental racism.
