You may have known us as Vertex Solutions: Vertex Solutions and PACE Technical joined to create a more robust enterprise managed services company. This new future facing venture will continue to focus on the ideals that matter most to us: great people and exceptional client service. Going forward, the company’s official name will be “PACE Technical” with Vertex becoming “Vertex Legal, a PACE Technical company.” While we will retain the PACE Technical name, we want to clarify that this is not an acquisition, but a new business forming. We are coming together as one company, equally and authentically. This new joint venture of two of Ontario’s leading IT providers will create a larger, more robust team of industry experts who specialize in helping companies manage their IT needs and mitigate their cybersecurity risks.
