We deal with both transactional and conflictual matters. Beside lawyers with a general practice, benefitting from extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, our firm includes young specialised lawyers in matters such as data protection, open source compliance, senior housing, art law, environmental law, labour issues, crowdfunding, hotel management, international foundations, fintech and artificial intelligence. Verhaegen Walravens was founded in 1996 by Jacques Verhaegen & Philip Walravens. Our team consists of 25 lawyers working in various languages, being among others English, French, Dutch, Russian and Portugese.
