Ventrue Capital X (VCX) is a new and revolutionary way to gain access to investment opportunities from venture capital and brokerage firms in unlisted, private and pre-IPO companies that plan to go public within 6 to 12 months from the date of their current round. By using non-fungible-tokens (“NFTs”), VCX Design Corp. (“VCX”) aims to democratize and decentralize access to exclusive investment opportunities through blockchain technology. VCX intends to enable individuals to invest relatively small sums of money (i.e., $5,000) into pre-IPO private companies through partner firms that have decades of experience.
