Based at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, VeniSIA is an innovation & sustainability ecosystem devoted to the development and scaling of business ideas & technology solutions to face environmental, social and economic challenges associated with the UN SDGs.
The project was conceived by Carlo Bagnoli, Full Professor of Strategy Innovation at the Department of Management of Ca' Foscari, who had the vision to identify Venice and its fragile, unique environment as the perfect setting to develop and test scalable solutions for the global sustainability challenges of our time.
