Venator Consulting GmbH focuses on Interim Management Restructuring Insolvency services We support especially small and mid-sized companies in special situations and develop sustainable solutions for the future business development. Our main expertise is the preparation and execution of insolvency proceedings under German law (Eigenverwaltung) with the aim of an debit relief by an insolvency plan (Insolvenzplan). In the past we could already close such proceedings with great success. In special situations or projects our interim managers take over active roles as CFO, CRO or similar. We also support insolvency administrators in the areas of business planning, controlling and business process management.
