Vel Innovative Technologies Pvt Ltd Established in 1971 , dedicated to the field of Induction heating, VEL group of companies, has with 100% know-how & material, indigenously designed, developed & manufactured Induction Heating Equipments of varying power capacities & frequencies.  Anything & Everything in Induction is our motto. All our machines are custom built i.e. uniquely designed, manufactured and fine tuned for the specific requirements. Our induction heating equipments are employed in various heating applications like Surface Hardening of various automobile & engineering components achieving the critical parameters of case depth, hardness pattern/profile, minimal distortion, hardness range etc, End fitting of nuclear reactor tube, Railway Tyre/Bearing shrink fitting/removal, Gear case degreasing, Uranium heat cycling, Levitation melting, inductively coupled plasma torch, Sintering of diamond cutting wheel, Brazing of commutator segments of tractor motors/generators, Melting of ferrous and non ferrous alloys, Billet heating, Forging of fastners, Pipe welding etc. We have earned the appreciation of prestigious organization like all Indian Railways, DGS & D, Indian Institute of technology, Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Nuclear Power Corporation, Defense etc. for our dedicated service. As we have complete fabrication / manufacturing unit in-house, we manufacture all the sub-systems /accessories required along with induction heating system i.e. all material/job feeding, handling, positioning, discharging systems  (like indexing table, Horizontal scanning fixture (upto 5m length), Vertical scanning fixtures (upto 2.5m length), water conditioning systems (like heat exchangers, cooling tower, chilling/ air-conditioning unit, Deioniser etc), vacuum system, fumes extraction system, additional workstations etc. We also provide complete automation solution to material feeding, handling, discharging, heating etc. We incorporate control loops, sequential process controllers, PLC/ PC based monitoring, control and diagnostic systems with MMI like alphanumeric displays, colour graphical touch screens, SCADA softwares etc. We are also providing outstanding & dedicated services in consultation, design & fabrication of  Inductors & work coils for different Induction Heaters. We possess in-house facility for manufacturing square tubes/ tubes of any cross section & shape, tube bending, ready made jig/fixture/dies for loop making, precision silver brazing operation with our proprietary brazing alloys developed by us, testing water leak at the specified flow/pressure & electrical insulation tests etc, impedance matching with the machine parameter for maximum efficiency, to provide the required heat pattern etc. All these ensure longevity of coil life. We make induction coils for high, medium, main frequency of any power for brazing, heat-treatment, forging & melting processes. Few of our esteemed customers in this respect are Mahindra & Mahindra, Vehicle Factory (Jabalpur), Bharat Forge Ltd., Premier  Automobile Ltd., etc. Our activities also include running a Induction Heat Treatment shop, equipped with VEL RF/MF/LF Induction Heaters (8 Nos) of power capacity ranging from 3 kW to 200 kW. The different jobs that we harden are bolts, screws, wheels, flats, worms, brake drums, gears, sprockets, rollers etc. of various shapes & sizes (2m dia, 5m length weighing upto 5 ton, maximum) to achieve required hardness, case depth & heat patterns. We are well known and prominent throughout automobile & engineering industries in India doing the most complicated  & prestigious jobs in induction hardening.
