Vanpro - Assentos, Ltd. is a company established in January 1994 and it has Adient and Faurecia as members with equal participation. Both the Adient, such as Faurecia, are pioneers in the manufacture of complete seating systems in Just-in-Time, and suppliers to the world's major car manufacturers.
