Value Dental Carolinas

Value Dental Carolinas is a start up Dental Service Organization currently owning one practices, Wesmark Family Dentistry a 14 operatory practice operating out of a beautiful 11,000 sf building located at 360 W Wesmark Blvd, Sumter, SC, 29150. We have two associate programs available. We offer an associate leadership program. This associate will be groomed as the flagship doctor of a specific location. After an evaluation period he or she will be promoted to Director of Clinical Operations. Associates are compensated bi-weekly at 35% of their personal collections. It should be noted that the leadership program is similar to a practice transition. Associates in the Leadership program will be incrementally replacing a Leadership associate that is retiring. This is a tremendous opportunity for the incoming associate who will not need to build a patient base but we be transitioned a full schedule over an agreed upon time frame. We also offer part time associate positions. We are looking for associates who want all the flexibility of creating their own schedule along with having a supportive, experienced, and well-groomed staff. Wesmark Family Dentistry is located at 360 W Wesmark, Sumter SC. The practice offer 14 operatories in an 11,000 sf building with a dedicated full-service dental laboratory onsite. We have invested over $1M in updated equipment at this facility and pride ourselves on providing associates with the tools and equipment to be masters of their craft. We have immediate openings for both associate programs. Our current Leadership Associate produced over $850,000 in production during 2018 working only four days. This respected dentist will be transitioning into retirement one half day each six months over the next two years providing a special opportunity for a skilled associate to replace his dentistry.
