We follow the rule of St.Benedict and our motto is Prayer and work (Ora Et Labora) and work for the welfare of the society especially the poor and the marginalized. We manufacture Italian fresh cheese and supply to the hotels in and out side India. Our product is approved by the Indian Health Ministry.
