PSYCHOMETRICS: With our in-house Organisational Psychologist, we are able to offer access to a range of psychometric tools to support key people initiatives in assessment + selection and personal development. These are particularly powerful when looking at leadership styles + team effectiveness, and the perfect self awareness exercise when embarking on your coaching journey. MENTORING: With our mentoring offering, we specialise in supporting People leads based on our extensive experience of being that key role in a business. Mentoring is a one-on-one learning relationship that enables lasting personal and professional development by exchanging knowledge, sharing experience, stress testing ideas, and ultimately empowering the mentee.
