VSA is a "One-Stop" Careers Services Staffing firm for anyone seeking a new career, focusing on military personnel returning to civilian life. We offer a free career center for all of our candidates with options for free certifications and degrees paid for by government grants/loans. Candidates are paired with a career placement specialist who walk them through the training, support, negotiation and placement into a new career of their choice with clients across the US. Our candidates are fully trained and/or certified in the area of specialty our clients seek. Client members may also upload all training, certification and benefit package materials to our website with a DIRECT link to yours. We specialize in healthcare, IT, engineering & manufacturing with positions available in many more sectors. For decades now, military candidates returning to civilian life, have had such a terrible time finding new careers. VSA was created by veteran family members with over 30+ years of experience in the Staffing industry, who have seen these issues progress and decided to create an organization that would take that worry away from our men and women in all branches of the military. Our military personnel receive elite training & skill-sets giving them award winning dedication, selflessness & determination that we all seek when hiring new employees. How better to honor these men & women that work so diligently every day to keep us safe, than to offer them a rewarding career upon returning to civilian life?! A portion of all placement fees earned go to an organization in need and are featured on our website each month. Clients may also receive an annual receipt for their portion of fees donated on your behalf.
