VIVA Consulting is a partnership: Louise Elving, Laurie Gould, and Judy Weber. We work individually or in teams, matching our strengths to your needs. Our knowledge of the industry and our experience with hundreds of other organizations make us efficient with your time and consulting dollars. Our clients are public, private and nonprofit. From our base in the Boston area, our practice takes us to urban, suburban and rural settings nearby and across the country. *Responsive VIVA brings the experience and wisdom to work smart on an “as-needed” basis. For some engagements, we are quickly in and out, offering a targeted solution to a nagging problem. For others, we spend months or years refining a vision, finding the resources to make it happen and implementing the project. We are proud to say much of our work is repeat business.
