VIM is a Mobile Application and Web Management Platform which can be used by any size of fleet who wish to proactively manage their accident claims, reduce downtime and control third party damage costs.
The VIM app is very user-friendly which cuts down on long call centre wait times.
By using the VIM App, your driver can quickly record details of the incident, photos and videos of any damage can be uploaded at the scene along with accurate information relating to any other vehicles or parties involved. In addition, by using the VIM App, key information is stored automatically, including GPS location and the time of incident. An incident reference will be instantly generated and can be supplied to relevant parties which will be available to view via your account on the Web Management Platform.
