VE Partners (‘VEP’) is a privately owned hands-on investment and management firm that is focused on investing in ‘special situations’ in mid sized industrial companies that go through a turbulent period of change. Since its inception in 1999 VEP has developed into one of the leading ‘special situation’ investment teams in the Benelux. We are a hands-on investor in complex transactions that require innovative solutions, whereby we provide long-term commitment to our companies with clear alignment of interest between all stakeholders. Since 2008, VEP successfully closed three equity funds backed by well known institutional investors.
