Founded in 2016, VARTO ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD (VAML) is an independent asset management company headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine. We are a value-oriented private equity investor playing the rebound of the Ukrainian economy and its convergence towards Ukraine's Central and Eastern European neighbors via increased integration into the European Union market. Our mission is to identify, purchase and manage assets being exposed to Ukraine's economic recovery to generate steady earnings and create outstanding capital value. We seek to build trust-based and lasting relationships with our investors, clients and partners, to create value for the society and to deliver steady earnings. The company focuses on commercial real estate properties in Ukraine. We invest in Ukrainian commercial real estate, using our own funds and funds of our investors. All investments are made with SPV, managed by VAML. Thanks to our local presence and strong team of investment professionals, VAML is capable to source the most attractive assets, using its own method of assessment. We do not just aim at delivering investment returns, we explore and discover opportunities, which provide potential for significant value creation and asset revaluation in a 3 to 7 year horizon.
