We are property developers focusing on residential prospects in Greater London. The thrust of our business is the sourcing and acquiring of specific sites that do not currently have residential planning. Through our detailed analysis of how the site can be developed and our insight into the local authority planning requirements we materially reduce the planning risk. We typically take an equity share alongside our investor partners.
We tend to look at urban infill sites (regeneration or brownfield sites) for residential development in zones 3 to 6 with good transportation links, to provide housing stock that is best classified as high end affordable, starter or family housing.
After spending more than 25 years in Financial Services and having been integrally involved in Real Estate Origination, Advisory, Development, and Financing for residential and commercial schemes, we wanted to combine our personal property development experience with our previous professional career experience.
