Urban Adamah is an educational farm and community center in Berkeley, California that integrates the practices of Jewish tradition, mindfulness, sustainable agriculture, and social action to build loving, just, and sustainable communities. We provide training programs, educational workshops, and community celebrations for more than 15,000 visitors annually.
At the center of our programming is a three-month residential leadership program: The Urban Adamah Fellowship. For adults ages 21-31, the Fellowship integrates urban organic farming, mindfulness practice, social justice training and progressive Jewish learning and living. Fellows live, learn, and work on our 2-acre urban farm campus.
