Unstoppable Performance Leaders (UPL) formally launched in January 2021 -though the vision for UPL had already started taking form in Minki’s brain since 2015. COVID had, had a devastating effect on the industry and completely shut down Unstoppable Global Consultant operations. To survive businesses had to diversify instantly. Then “George Floyd” happened. There was now a demand that had to be met & organizations wanted to do their part by increasing their budget & implementing more DEI projects to educate and create awareness of this vital issue among its workforce from leadership teams till the front liners. They wanted to assure clients that they were pulling their weight so that history does not repeat. On the other hand, research indicated individuals with experience who had been laid off during COVID were starting their own consulting companies. TUG Inc.- research indicated not only demand increasing for UGC services but also demand increasing for relevant & unique solutions, services & thought leaders in the corporate sector. This was an opportunity for TUG Inc. to do its part in contributing to this vital initiative as well as recover as a business. And thus, Unstoppable Performance Leaders was born. And Minki chose not to stop at DEI. UPL declared its commitment to support these change makers & bold Leaders in 3 additional areas impacting communities that of Sustainability, Change Management, People & Organizational Development and got into action
