The Parthenope University is a state university founded in 1919. It was born and developed in the center of the city of Naples, starting from the sciences related to the sea and to international trade.
Today it has more than 15,000 students, 29 degree programs, 9 doctoral courses, and 5 locations:
- the headquarters of the Rectorate and courses in Motor Sciences in via Acton;
- the seat of the School of Economics and Jurisprudence in the Monte di Dio area
- the headquarters of the scientific and engineering courses at the Centro Direzionale
- the representative and advanced training center at Villa Doria d'Angri.
