Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE is an institution of higher education, legal, administrative autonomy and its own assets, public law, residing in the city of Quito and headquarters in the city of Sangolquí, is governed by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the Higher Education Act, the Constitutive Act Decree No. 487 of December 20, 1977, related laws, the statute, internal regulations issued in accordance with law and regulations issued by bodies management and authorities.
