Uniting Church In Sweden

The United Church in Sweden (UCS) is a church for all of life – where the encounter with Jesus Christ transforms me, you, and the world. Three denominations, with the roots in the Swedish revival, wanted to form something new and joined together in 2011 to become The United Church in Sweden. With over 600 congregations, we gather tens of thousands of people all over Sweden every week for services. We are proud of our youth ministry, Equmenia, our aid organization Diakonia and our international cooperation with around 25 churches around the world. Education and learning have a special place in our church and today we are principals of 6 folk high schools, the Theological University of Stockholm and the study association Bilda.
