United Methodist Church Of Geneva

We are the United Methodist Church of Geneva. UMCG for short. While our main building is located in historic downtown Geneva. Our congregation is spread all throughout the Tri-Cities area and we belong to a broader connection of the United Methodist Church near and far. At UMCG, we are very involved in missions. We believe Jesus calls us to love our neighbors near and far and so we commit our time, energy and resources to providing for the emotional and physical needs of people around the globe and down the street. Our Serve page briefly describes some of the ways we are in mission with our neighbors and care for our planet. To prepare us to love and serve our neighbors, God calls us to Reach Up through worship, studying the Bible, devotions and gathering in groups for mutual support and strength for all ages. This sacred time together whether in-person or online is how the Spirit empowers us for mission. So whether you are an introvert or extrovert, Cubs fan or Sox Fan, new to the idea of church or a long-timer, God is preparing a place for you in this community of warm-hearted people who are following Jesus and letting him change the world for the better through us.
