Unicus Oy is a consulting company that offers high quality IT services in software development, testing, data science and quality assurance with a social twist - all of our consultants are neurodivergent and on the autism spectrum/have Asperger's, which enhances abilities that are urgently needed within the field of software development. We think differently about people who think differently and see autism as an advantage: our consultants have a unique perspective and approach, which allows them to see details that others might miss. Additionally, they have an unusually high ability to focus and follow routines - qualities that have proven to be "the perfect match for software testing and quality assurance". Unicus Oy is part of Unicus AS, founded by Lars Johansson-Kjellerød in 2009 with the mission of taking advantage of the positive characteristics of autism to create unique results for our customers and increased quality of life for our employees. That is why we only employ people with autism as consultants. Since its inception in Oslo, Unicus has contributed with expertise in testing and quality assurance, and has successful and sustainable partnerships with, among others, Telenor, DNB, Nordea, SEB, H&M and Equinor.
